This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on March 30, 2020, about opening to Life.  In what ways are your present to Life, fully here and able feel it deeply, and in what ways are you defended against the raw energy of Life?  In what ways are you a spectator, simply watching Life go by?  How can you show up more powerfully?
