This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on October 21, 2019, about defenses.  What are the many ways that we walk around defended against Life, rather than opening our hearts to the world? In what ways are we more interested in protecting ourselves that in opening to life, love, and healing?  How can we find the resilience to open more?
