This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on January 11, 2021, about walking toward the fire.  In what ways does antiracist work, especially for white bodies, dovetail powerfully with transformational healing and the demands of the wisdom traditions?  How does courage shape the arc of an entire life? What are we willing to face in ourselves for the sake of growth and for the sake of others we love?  This talk was inspired by the ideas of Resmaa Menakem
