This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on February 17, 2020, about Jung’s idea of the Shadow.  How do we hold those parts of ourselves that are problematic, that run against how we would like to see ourselves?  What is our relationship to the parts of us that struggle, suffer, and fail?  And how can we move more toward wholeness and joyous integration?  This talk occurred two days before Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the Christian season of Lent.
