This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on December 16, 2019, about Muladhara, the First Chakra.  Are you fully here, in your life and in this world?  Do you occupy your body fully?  Do you occupy your emotions and your vulnerability fully?  How powerfully do you arrive in the present moment?  This was the last in a series of three talks about the three lower chakras.
