This is my dharma talk from the East Bay Healing Collective on December 2, 2019, about Manipura, the Third Chakra.  What is your relationship to your personal power and what are the ways in which you give your power away?  Does your “yes” mean “yes” and your “no” mean “no”?  Do you keep good boundaries?  This was the first in a series of three talks about the three lower chakras.
